Just had our loved one's funeral last week. Went today to visit .Tower was locked. Office staff stated that grounds keeper locks door at 2:30 apparently Tower closes at 3:00 hours on website and office states 8:30-5:00pm. Office staff rude .
I dont Know much about this cemetary but I guess I will come here alott more to see my daughters daddy he was layed to rest here April 18th 2022, I never thought I'd see this day so heart breaking,
All my in-laws are buried at the cemetery. They keep up the area nicely. They change out the flowers as requested. They were very helpful in our time of need as the plot had already been purchased many years ago. There were some add-on surprises that we were not aware of, nor were listed in the documentation they provided. So there were some additional costs that we had to deal with which really upset my mother-in-law because she was under the impression everything has been paid for. They did drop the ball on a couple things which were corrected by my ever-so-efficient husband quite quickly. Over all, we like to keep the family together even if they made some mistakes-we all make them. They were quite happy to correct everything by the time the service took place. Oh, the weekend of the service, there were 5 other burials so I can understand that the mistakes is not typical.
