Just had a warranty call for our Thermador. Got a call back within an hour of talking to Thermador, less than 24 hours later we had two technicians on site who gave us a 15 minutes heads up before they arrived, repaired our range in about an hour. Don't know why their rating is so low, but they got the job done and communicated faster and more reliably than the other two authorized repair companies.
Great service! They did warranty work on my GE refrigerator, and they were prompt, knowledgeable, and just good in every way. They cut through the red tape nonsense too. Highly recommended.
Randy and his assistant came to fix my Speed Queen Front load washer that was throwing an error code, ordered the part and that took awhile (about 2 months) but thats no fault of their own, Speed Queen was to blame for that delay.
