Jackson came and knocked out shower valve replacement and a garbage disposal. He kept me in the loop and tried his hardest to keep everything clean. The customer service was excellent.
Jackson was great. Having had previous work experience with him I knew he could resolve my clogged main line. He was fast and efficient and got the job done faster than I expected. I will make Art Douglas Plumbing my go to plumbing company for all my properties.
They were very professional on the phone and scheduled a service same day. Once Erik was on sight he got straight to work and was very quick servicing our back flow system so we weren’t without water for long. Definitely recommend.
