Erik and Jack just spent 3 days replacing my Hot water connections throughout the entire home. Also replaced a 40+ year old water heater. They also cut out and replaced several sections of drain pipe that had corroded out and dumping under my home. The house is 70 years old so was due for some maintenance. Erik was thorough in explaining all that was needed and going through the repairs. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Photos show one of the leaky drain pipes and the puddle on the ground in the crawlspace.
Jorge and Rodrigo were able to explain what caused our AC not to work. They reviewed with me every step of the way what needed to be replaced replaced contactor, capacitor, compressor harness, even changed out fuses in the attic at no charge. Greatly appreciated that they got this all done in a few hours. Thank you for having employees like this!
I put the call in the morning and by early afternoon my HVac was fixed, cleaned and running. Everything was explained and more importantly Jorge listened and answered all my questions. He was professional and polite. I was pleased with the entire transaction.
