Tou pressure tested the floor jets, ruled them out, and then dye tested the spa where he found the real issue: a structural crack that had been missed for months.

We have a very steep, long concrete concrete mountain driveway. The last leak under the driveway took 2 days to find so this time we decided to use American Leak Detection. The tech located the leak with their high tech equipment, marked the spot, without digging around
to find it. Next the repair team cut thru the concrete to repair the leak and it was exactly where the tech had marked the leak to be. The leak was repaired by making a small concrete patch. The team was great and we were very happy to have water again.
