I had a waxing with Natalie and she was AMAZING! She communicated so well about the process, how to help it not hurt too bad, very personable & I enjoyed our conversation as it helped distract from the sting.The atmosphere of the salon is very comforting as well. I loved being offered a warm shoulder pad.There were some issues with my gift card and payment and Melanie was so amazing!Overall, it was such an amazing experience! Absolutely going to recommend to everyone!

I was lucky and got two same day appointments.My massage with Gabby was amazing and so was my facial with Saphire. I am so relaxed. They both took time to find out what I needed and then told me what was going to happen before they started.Also, the staff were kind and welcoming. They offered water or tea and warm towels. 10/10 experience all around.

Amenities was great. Greeted immediately with a smile while asking who I was there to see. Monica came out in less than two minutes to get me for a consultation. She was very pleasant and professional. She explained the services well. I booked an appointment as soon as I got to the front desk. Can’t wait to see what magic she does.
