When our air conditioner stopped cooling, I called Joey Cervantes because I knew him to be honest and trustworthy. Joey inspected the system that day and presented us with two options: replace the compressor or replace the entire system. He also explained the benefits of upgrading to a more energy-efficient heat pump.
We took some time to consider the options he presented. After receiving the quote, I researched both the benefits of upgrading and the proposed price, which I found to be very competitive. Ultimately, we decided it made more sense to upgrade rather than continue investing in our 20-plus-year-old system.
