Had a breaker burn out Saturday night around 10:00 PM. Called Jack using the emergency number and he had me send some pictures using my phone to determine that the wires themselves burned out.He had me request an emergency disconnect and verified that he could come by Monday to sign a contract so work can begin. PG&E disconnected the power and confirmed basically what Jack had said. By troubleshooting over the phone, we were able to avoid a consultation visit and the associated fees.To my surprise, Jack had all the materials ready on Monday morning at about 8:00 AM to start work as soon as I paid the deposit; permits approved and everything. This service was very excellent, on time and professional. At first, my water heater was with gas (which didn’t heat up the water very well), but after changing it to electric, the water heats up very quickly and works much better. He changed it in a very short amount of time and I am very pleased with it. I am very happy that I chose Jack as my contractor. He did an amazing, detailed, and clean job! We hired these guys to come do work for us. We needed a new electrical panel and water heater. Jack was really awesome, easy to work with and just a overall good guy. Worked really well as they just came got their business done and left onto the next endeavor.
