If there a zero star, I will choose it. Will NEVER go to Zoom Vision Care in Fremont again. I asked for adjustment of my new glass frame because it tilted to the left and it was too tight.. The first thing Steve said was my ears were not at the same height. Really??? He then adjusted the alignment per my request. But for tightness, he said he could not do anything about it. Well, this glass frame was the one he recommended. Then my wife’s new glass frame got too loose. Before Steve did anything, he asked my wife to sign a waiver form before heating/adjustment. I've been with Zoom (Fremont and Milpitas stores) for over a decade now. Excellent service, good selection of glasses. I've also recommended them to friends, who have also had good experiences. Thx, Zoom!
If I could give 0 starts I would. I have been waiting for 4 weeks now, with no call. I tried to call and always get their voicemail. Like how are they in bussiness? I been trying calling for the past 5 days and no one picks up the phone. This is insane- I will make sure all my friends know about this!!!
