From our very first conversation about our ADU, Raj’s kind and understanding nature made us feel like we were talking to a trusted mentor. He navigated us through the entire journey from the early design and architecture to the tricky world of permits and building with such ease. His true gift is his incredible attention to detail, and his communication is so clear and thoughtful that we never felt left in the dark. He fought multiple times with the city on behalf of us.
Raj has helped our tutoring center to draw a plan for the center improvement and provide a list of valuable info on avoiding additional cost on city requirement in 2024. Thanks him, our Fremont Clover Learning Center is now open for business in Sept 2024.
In the approve progress, he responded promptly to the city and us on emails and calls to help to get the drawing done and approved by city fast. I recommend this firm to help up to get the job done.
Raj and Neelu did the California Patio to ADU conversion project for us in our brand new house. From Design, getting permits from the city and getting into construction - they worked through every detail and ensured project progressed smoothly on time and finished unit blended seamlessly into the main house. Special attention was paid to compliance of codes and local regulations.
They did a great job within the budget and I am so thankful to them - it was a pleasant experience - with absolutely no stress about timelines or contractor costs escalations or workmanship
