PSA: Warning No one answers the phone although their stated office hours start at 8:30am! I've called from 8:30 am to 9:00 am and have only gotten a voice-mail and never a live person. I've personally witnessed them checking voice-mails from 8:40 am at 10:40 am in the office! Crazy? Also, your eye exam appointment is easily 2 hours, if not more. I don't know if this is the office over booking patients or just plain inefficiency. Seeing that most of the waiting room is filled with retired individuals, I am assuming over booking. If you must come to this office, make sure that you do not have other commitments on the same day.

Dr Song is extremely experienced. the wait time is long, but totally worth it. I saw other eye doctors, and they have the same long wait .

Dr Song implanted IOL in both eyes two years ago. Results could not be better, nearly 20/20 for both distant and near . Office is well run with emphasise on precision . Dr Song is always intent on teaching staff, double checks work and uses best instruments and practices for excellent results.
