Yesterday, I had an MRI at Alliance MRI Washington Hospital (2500 Mowry Avenue). And, I have to say, "Each and every person I encountered and interacted with was amazing, informative, and helpful to make my appointment a pleasant experience. Thanks ladies for your many kindnesses, as I'm 78 years old and wasn't looking forward to an MRI, but y'all are all fantastic! Therefore, I highly recommend this office"

This place, changes your appointment time without notifying you. I walked over and made a appointment in person and they gave me a appointment card. Two days before my appointment, I just happened to check the my chart app and noticed a different time . It was for the same day BUT ONE HOUR AND A HALF EARLIER . I called to see what was going on, I was told the manager Victoria changed it, because they didn't have a tech. This is unacceptable, especially since, they never reached out to me to ask me, was this is okay? My coworker also told me, "that's what they kept doing to her husband". They told her, "you are supposed to check with the app".... read full review

*First and foremost this review isn't just for this location but allnthw Washington Hospital locations in the surrounding area near Civic Center Drive* Horrible experience that took place back in November 2021. Took longer to post due to discovering that I'm running out of options in getting my medical bill reduced or even removed due to negligence. Staff cannot find the vein for CT scan and takes a very long time to find somone qualified to find such vein. Also the entirety of Washington Hospitals care only about money and not the patients. They don't communicate thoroughly enough with insurances and claims something is covered when it's not. Now... read full review
