Yesterday, I had an MRI at Alliance MRI Washington Hospital (2500 Mowry Avenue). And, I have to say, "Each and every person I encountered and interacted with was amazing, informative, and helpful to make my appointment a pleasant experience. Thanks ladies for your many kindnesses, as I'm 78 years old and wasn't looking forward to an MRI, but y'all are all fantastic! Therefore, I highly recommend this office"

Since I went on Medicare I always use Washington imaging center for my x-ray, cat scan, and MRI requirements. They are courteous and professional. I never had to wait hours, or seen people told to come back the next day after waiting for hours (happened at a competitor). Getting a CD burned for a copy of the results is just a phone call or visit to the imaging library (they are always happy to help). This is not true with any of their competitors. Stanford commented on the quality of the cat scan I had since Washington imaging center went an extra step to make sure there was excellent contrast. Being claustrophobic creates a challenge for me when I have MRI's. I've had many techs who didn't care and have contributed to increasing my fear. Yesterday I had a caring tech, Dennis, who listened, and went out of his way, taking extra steps to reassure me and made sure I had a pleasant experience. Thank you! I highly recommend.
