Dr. Ng is excellent: warm, professional, skilled, caring, and efficient. I have been fortunate in my Fremont-Area healthcare and Dr. Ng exemplifies this. And Meldrid De Castro (RSLD) at the Vision Center is also wonderful and extremely helpful. As I was about to 'settle' on new frames since I typically prefer to make choices as quickly as possible, she found one more which was perfect. I appreciated her patience and sense of style. Thank you to both these women.

The nice folks at the Osgood Walmart Pharmacy were extremely helpful and professional. They explained step by step the entire process for my safety glasses and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended and would definitely go back there in the future.

Angelica, is the one who helped me order my pair of prescription safety glasses. She looked up all my info on vsp to tell me about what my benefits cover. She has a lot patients, because it took me ahwile to decide which frames and colored transitions I wanted. She was very welcoming and easy to talk to. I'll definitely be going back next time I need regular glasses. <3
