Costco Optical Department

I want to start by saying I love my glasses, I love the value and the selection of the frames and I'm extremely happy in that sense, but the service wasn't what I was expecting. Costco has their own lense cleaner and the supervisor of the optical department said as long as I brought in my empty bottle I can get a refill but for whatever reason Denise fights me on it every time saying they don't do refills anymore even though he said as long as we ask and have the bottle that yes we can so I don't understand the disconnect. If the policy has changed I completely understand however Denise is the only one who ever denies me and I find it rude.

Pros: Good price for the lens when you bring your own frame. Lens prescription is spot on for me so far. Cons: If you go with your frame bought online and some associate reject the frame, try another Costco or try another time when experienced associates are available.

The department is a good place. Definitely get glasses at a very very good price if you're a member. Can always come to get adjustments to your glasses done for free as needed. A lot of times they have deals by one pair and get the second pair off. Good selection no high-pressure.
