Great experience! Was referred to a different place by my Doc. That place gave me a bunch of insurance run a round. Saying I needed this and needed that. Told me they couldn’t get ahold of my insurance. So I took it upon myself to contact this place. I spoke to a lady on the phone named Imelda. And she took it from there within a day or so she had confirmed everything needed from my insurance company and got me an appt. and a sleep study scheduled. She was AMAZING. The staff during the sleep study was great as well! Made me feel at home!!! Now I have my machine and I finally sleep great at night. Thanks again!!!
