One lady looks like she is manager some kind, was so rude ..Went for threading..I have really thin i brow , so I requested can you please clean the little over the bow line nicely.."she started you have thin eye brow that's not my problem..are you asking forehead threading..?" I said No ..just little over my brow line ..she was not ready to run the thread one more time ..she was so rude ..then I said forget it ..Then she said "I don't like this " ..I was so grouchy..didn't even check my eyebrows..after coming home found out she didn't even clean the bellow brows . I will not go there anymore (Warm spring blvd one) and let my other friends know about her bad behavior.
Terrible service after years of service I don't know what is going on but I've been coming here for years and years and the service has sometimes been hit or miss but lately it's always rude and awful. Several recent visits has had a virtually empty store with employees all taking a break at the same time with no info on when they'll be back working. Today they reluctantly told me how long their break was after just telling me to wait. When we asked after the time had passed they said really rude things to us in Hindi which is weird because we were speaking to them in Hindi so they knew we understood. Won't be coming here again
I came to Shiva at around 2pm there was only one other customer and 2 workers and they promptly told me "no men today" I left shocked because i haven't encountered this before, very discriminatory. In my 3 years of coming here the service has just been getting worse, and the employees don't seem to care at all anymore. Good solution is to shut down for good.
