1. lied about price 2. repeatedly said I would look bad with what I requested 3. poor skills - choppy and does not know what layers are 4. blamed me for his poor skills After he cut my hair, I wanted it to be a bit shorter, and he responded by repeating I would look bad with shorter hair multiple times. He even laughed at me a couple times. I finally got him to cut it how I asked for, and he started "anger cutting". The first time, his skill was already pretty bad and choppy, and he did not give me layers even though he said he would. The second time was even worse. Appalling service. My mom visited this hair salon this morning and the manager/owner of the shop was extremely rude. The first thing the owner did when my mom sat down was comment about how much white hair she had. On top of that, when my mom requested she not thin her hair out, the owner replied "Do you even know what that means? I'm not going to cut your hair then." The haircut itself was already not that great; the least the owner can do is be nice and treat their customers with respect. Never returning again.
