My facialist is Vivian. I'm so lucky to have her. I purchased a 10 facial package and I'm on my 5th time at least which is why I can form a consistent opinion on the quality of the service. This place is mostly Asian clientele who visit, and that's what I was looking for because I want to find an Asian facial place that knows what Asians want in a skincare. Vivian starts the facial with a cleanse and then steam to open your pores, then the exfoliation and extraction starts. I have been with Vivien for almost 5 years now since I moved to the bay area. I feel very lucky that I found her as not only extraction is very thorough, the price is VERY reasonable. If you can bear through the extraction, come be with her, a little pain for great results is worth it. She has a magnifier mirror to look into your pores and get all the nasty guy out, hooray! If you let them hide longer in your pores, they will turn into ugly pimples.. So, Vivien understand how to work on my skin, no let go of any single tiny trouble guy. hehe. I have been doing my facial here for over 10 years! I followed Vivian from when she rent a space in Cupertino till she opened her own store. Vivian has great knowledge on the newest Facial technics and constantly update her equipments. The environment is always clean and welcoming.
