This is the best physical therapy/ rehabilitation center that I have been to in the Bay Area. After having gone to 2 other PT centers in the Bay Area and seen multiple specialists (spine physiatrists and chiropractors included) for my neck issue over the last decade, this was the only place that was able to resolve my chronic pain. In February, my bulging C5/C6 disc herniated resulting in excruciating pain radiating down my right arm. I was unable to do even some of the simplest things. It was so painful that I could not sleep. B was excellent at getting me as soon as possible- and Larry is a miracle worker! I hobbled in there today and I walked out upright. I’m still in pain but so much better after Larry’s treatment and the exercises he gave me to help strengthen my sciatica area are a lifesaver! So grateful
I am a patient of Cartney Dzoan/Nelson Tumanda at Washington Hospital, and they have been my PT for over 6 months and continuing... After a botched surgery, all the surgeons/doctors I consulted had a bleak outlook on my recovery, but Cartney Dzoan and Nelson Tumanda have helped me get back on my feet slowly but surely. They are life savers!!! Both Cartney/Nelson listen to the patient's issues, work with my day-to-day progress/regressions, aches, and pains, and help alleviate them every session with different techniques skillfully.
