I had a great experience with Ocean Psychiatry. The staff is professional, kind, and truly cares about their patients. The scheduling process was smooth, and the doctor took the time to listen and understand my concerns. I felt heard and supported throughout my visits. The office environment is also welcoming and comfortable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality mental health care!

I called into the office to inquire about services and insurance. I didn't know anything about how this clinic would work out with my insurance. I spoke to the front office and was pleasantly surprised on how professional and friendly they were! They answered all my questions and re-assured me that they would try to help me out however they could. I've had horrific experiences calling offices inquiring about MH services but they really put me at ease. I wish I could remember the person who was on the phone with me but she was amazing! I’ve had a very positive experience with Ocean Psychiatry. The team is responsible and attentive. And Janice is kind, easy to talk to, and makes me feel supported during each session. I really appreciate the care and attention I’ve received here.
