I came in expecting to need a screen repair, which would have cost about $329 through Apple pricing. Mobile Kangaroo is the only Apple Authorized repair shop I found in Fremont, so I booked an appointment with them.
The technician was professional, honest, and very quick. Within minutes, he checked the phone and told me the actual issue was only my screen protector — not the iPhone screen itself. He removed the damaged protector, confirmed the phone screen was fine, and didn’t charge me anything.
