Amazing service here! I have very tiny and short ear canals, so came here to get impressions for earbud tips that won't fall out or hurt. Roman was very patient with all my questions and gave excellent advice on whether an open or closed mouth impression would be better for my situation. In and out in under half an hour, highly recommend!
Roman was very professional and patient with me (especially since I asked a lot of questions). The hearing test was thorough and unrushed and he went through the results with me carefully.

I went to Miracle ear to get ear impressions, so I can send them to get fancy custom electronic ear protections made for me. I asked for the price, they said $99 per mold, which sounded fair for the bay area, especially since we can pay with a HSA account.
Turns out they thought I wanted them to make me ear protections. When I told them I just wanted the molds, they said that was free of charge!! I didn't know what to say, that was so unexpected!
