I was pleasantly pleased after my appt. Roman Estrada. about a year ago I went to another place to be fitted for hearing aids, my experience with the other place was not a good experience at all. I ended up canceling my appt and returning my hearing aids. A year later, I made an appt. with miracle ear (should of done in the first place) From the first call to Vanessa to schedule to meeting with Ramon. I get my earing aids tomorrow!!!! THANKS FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!
Amazing service here! I have very tiny and short ear canals, so came here to get impressions for earbud tips that won't fall out or hurt. Roman was very patient with all my questions and gave excellent advice on whether an open or closed mouth impression would be better for my situation. In and out in under half an hour, highly recommend!
Roman was very professional and patient with me (especially since I asked a lot of questions). The hearing test was thorough and unrushed and he went through the results with me carefully.
