Dr. Barrett and Subena Tilley are phenomenal physicians. Both are confident, knowledgeable, and have excellent bedside manner. Their empathy aids in creating a safe space to receive care and allows for their patients to build trust!

My husband & I had our first appt with Dr.S. Barrett Tilley today who is now our PCP. We got there early and met with Dr. Tilley earlier than scheduled. We had separate appts with the Dr. I had a good conversation with him. He made me feel comfortable and didn't rush the appt. He took the time to chat and learn a about me. He also told me about himself. I got a good first impression of the front desk and Dr. Tilley.

Subina has been my physician for about 7 years, starting when I moved to Newark and I still go there now even though I have moved to Castro Valley. She has taken care of me through a variety of health issues: pregnancy, gallstones, cysts, injury's and viruses. I trust her with my health and to give me good health advice. I have never had any billing issues (have with other places though I usually blame it on insurance hating new offices). I don't recall ever having a long wait, and I have even been helped over the phone when going to the office would have been bad for me. I like that this is a family practice.
