My haircut with Johnny was a great experience! I scheduled my appointment with Johnny via text. During my haircut, he washed and conditioned my hair well. I knew I had some dry, brittle ends and so he left the conditioning treatment in for a little longer, which I appreciate. The cut was exactly what I was looking for. I just wanted a slight trim since I'm keeping my hair long for my upcoming wedding. Conversation with Johnny was pleasant, vibes were good, and I can tell he takes care and has pride in his work. I had kind of a weird situation I needed help with. I have just barely been coming out of major depressive episode that has lasted around a year, meaning I severely neglected my hair for just as long as it had gotten so matted I couldn't do anything with it myself.:.. it was like one big dreadlock. Johnny was very kind and accommodating. He offered up an appointment time that worked with my schedule and would give us enough time to see if he could untangle it or do the cut if needed. I stumbled up John's place on Yelp and just decided to try out because my stylist had moved away. He really took his time to cut hair (2 hours) and always asked my opinions throughout the process. When I asked him when I should come next, he literally said, oh this will last you for a long time! He treats his job seriously and takes feedback seriously. And not to mention, I look great after the 2 hour work!! I will stick with Johnny now
