The staff is warm, attentive, and incredibly professional, and they take the time to listen and explain everything thoroughly, which makes such a difference during stressful moments.
The veterinarians, Dr. Marian and Dr. Halah, are knowledgeable, compassionate, and thoughtful in their approach. They never rush appointments and always make sure every question is answered. It’s clear they treat each pet as if it were their own, with kindness, patience, and respect.
I was pleasantly surprised how efficiently the office handled all pet owner concerns with care, understanding and professionalism. Dr. Marian demonstrated a comprehensive expertise of veterinarian medicine that applied to my pup and explain my pup's medical concerns clearly and with great patience allowing me to ask as many questions to assuage my distress. She is wonderful. She cares.
