If you plan on coming here have expectations to wait for a very long time maybe an hour or more i came in to translate for my aunt who had some lab test done and we basically waited an hour just to say everything was fine a simple call could of solved the time and all that PROS : the place is clean in the lobby they also have a water dispenser if you get thirsty , once your inside everything is fast paced we got out in less than 12 minutes the doctor took about 5 minutes to see us after we got in & in 5 minutes we were out , the medical assistant i forgot his name i think it was anthony was very professional he saw my aunt struggling in english so he spoke spanish for her to make it easier for both of us CONS: the long wait times and some staff are rude when trying to sign in

The Doctors are excellent BUT the organization is abysmal. An 11 a.m. appointment can result in waiting an hour or more. No excuses offered but a surly reception when you are called. The Reception staff and many of the Nurses are doing you a favor and give the impression that they are over-worked and would rather have you stay away. That is what I am going to do!
