In a span of a month, I have called 4 times trying to set an appt up for my Mom. One call, a staff member even said ‘I can’t bc we’re short staffed’ , you couldn’t take 2 minutes out of your time to set an appt? ..it’s upsetting that every time I call, i have to give all of my moms information over & over again just for them to say ‘we’ll call you back’ just for them not to, and I’m back to square one. We just lost a month into fitting my mom into an appt to receive primary care.

If you plan on coming here have expectations to wait for a very long time maybe an hour or more i came in to translate for my aunt who had some lab test done and we basically waited an hour just to say everything was fine a simple call could of solved the time and all that PROS : the place is clean in the lobby they also have a water dispenser if you get thirsty , once your inside everything is fast paced we got out in less than 12 minutes the doctor took about 5 minutes to see us after we got in & in 5 minutes we were out , the medical assistant i forgot his name i think it was anthony was very professional he saw my aunt struggling in english so he spoke spanish for...read full review

Good luck reaching a doctor. First you have to make it through the receptionists who always put you on hold. In my latest experience today, I called several times and was put on hold each time. I waited for several minutes on each call but had to hang up because I could not afford to burn the minutes on my cell phone. On my next call, the receptionist ask if I could hold. I said no because I had been holding and was running out of minutes. She hung up on me. They are hard to reach and they are rude too.
