eTax Relief | Fremont CA "We Solve Tax Problems!"

I've been working with Pam at Optimize since I moved to the bay in 2020. I was new to the world of Silicon Valley, equity grants, and stock options and was nervous about the tax implications of these things. Pam has been great to work with and has made it very easy on me and my family. I am so grateful to this firm and intend to remain with them for the foreseeable future.

This is the first Yelp review I have ever written. I had such a terrible experience with this firm that I felt compelled to share with others to prevent them from using this service. I used Optimize Accounting for my 2021 Individual tax filing. Standardized deductions and two state filings. I was charged $1000 (was not told this ridiculous rate before services were rendered). I reached out multiple times for clarification on "additional penalties" that Optimize did not make me aware of, but never received any response. In 2022, I filed my taxes by myself instead.
