I’ve been using this carpet cleaning service for 2 years now and they always deliver! Their staff team is very friendly and professional and communicates very well. We live in a home that has carpet and my wife and I have 2 kids, which can cause lots of caos specially with stains in the carpet, but our friends at J&J always come through!!! We had an excellent experience with Carpet and Janitorial J&J Company. Juan Sánchez arrived right on time and started by inspecting our office carpet. He clearly explained what stains might be difficult to remove, but in the end, he was able to get them all out!
He spent about an hour cleaning the entire carpet, and the results are incredible — it looks brand new. You could tell he took the time to make sure everything was done thoroughly and with care.
