I had a very easy appointment with this office. The front desk staff was kind and helpful, and got me set up as a new patient with a smile. Dr Chock and her medical assistant were friendly, helpful, and quick. I had a skin issue taken care of, a medication prescribed, two follow ups and a consultation booked, and was on my way in less than an hour start to finish. I tend to have medical anxiety, and though I did fine, they were very sweet about letting me know they were here for me. I will definitely be going back.

Dr. Chiang has been treating my keloids scars and warts, and I’ve had efficient and effective experience! He’s very knowledgeable, explains the treatment clearly, and is completely upfront about pricing from the start. I know his direct communication style may not be for everyone, but I personally appreciated the honesty and transparency. My aggressive keloids have been looking so much better within two treatments.
I’m very happy with the care I’ve received and would definitely recommend Dr. Chiang to anyone looking for an experienced and straightforward dermatologist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Charles Chiang since 2024. He is highly intelligent, extremely professional. Quick and to the point. The thing impressed me the most was how promptly he responded to my emails. Some time, within seconds. Once I sent him an email after work, he responded around 8 pm. And he will squeeze you in if it’s urgent. A truly AMAZING doctor!
