Enlisted AIS to upgrade our old asbestos wrapped HVAC ducts and our return to improve airflow and noise level.
Our consultation was with Art, who was very accommodating, amiable and informative on the strategy for heating and cooling our home.
We were impressed with his knowledge of airflow and how to design a proper system for the size of our house. We did not feel pressured at all but felt we could completely trust Art and decided to hire AIS to install our new system. AIS was able to schedule us quickly and their prices were very reasonable. From start to finish, my experience with AIS Heating & Air was excellent. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and thorough. When I called for an estimate, Daniel arrived on time, explained my options clearly, and made the process easy. Genell was extremely helpful, answered my questions promptly, and always kept me updated on the status. The install team, Fausto and Abel, did a fantastic job too - they were friendly, clean, and took the time to explain the work once it was done. We received heat pump installation from AIS Heating and Air in Dec 2024. The work was done by two people team led by Edgar Rafael. The work was completed professionally and in time manner. They covered the working area by cloth, installed the parts neatly and did clean-up after work. Edgar showed the thermostat function, told me the next steps and answered my questions. The work was passed inspection a week later. I gave 5 star for installation service, 4 star for overall, as total cost is indeed higher than other companies.
