We always get good service from Bogner. We have used them for 40 years. Last service at our home was our own fault for not checking breakers but we were out of town and the air conditioner went out but Bogner checked it out and all good.

The service here is wonderful! We had a worker at our home today to do maintenance on our mini split system and he was so kind and professional. He explained everything that he was doing and made the system look brand new. Very communicative and experienced. He also spoke highly of his experience working for Freedom Heating. Irma is very knowledgeable person, its well worth the money that you invest in your facial with her, she uses great tools and high quality products. I used Knowlton Construction after the Loma Prieta earthquake to do some major repair work to my other house. When our upstairs bathroom shower started leaking I searched for contractors and I was surprised Bill was still at it. He submitted a reasonable estimate in a timely manner. We had them upgrade the shower, replace the tile floor, add a vent and electrical outlet for the bidet. Positives: the project turned out very well. The plumbing and tile subcontractors did great work. His lead man, Patrick was competent (although a bit grumpy). Criticisms: Communication on the scheduling could have been much better, it took 5 months for completion, prices on change orders were not give, so I was surprised about some of the charges. It was taking so long, I actually did the finish plumbing, cleaning and touch up myself. I understand this was in the midst of the pandemic and Bill had some health and family issues, but that's a long time without the bathroom.Service: Bathroom remodeling

I highly recommend Whispering Pines. I used their alteration services. I asked them to put on patches for work and they knew where they went and color matched the area. The pricing was really affordable too! I will return when I need their services again. ??
