Ponce is amazing! My family (and I) have extreme OCD in cleaning and we condition our carpets 3-4 times a year... he is the best!! He has been servicing our homes since 2007. No one ever compares to Ponce! He is flexible, he is quick, leaves the carpets SUPER clean/dry, has amazing prices and is always willing to help. He is also very attentive and introduces his family to his clients. One really awesome thing ponce does is he let's you borrow the dryers and is not strict on the time it must be returned. Oh and also, he will wash your rugs and sofas! All of my immediate and extended family members are clients of Ponce! Simply the best!
