The Ponce Family carpet steam cleaning family business is the best in all that they do! They've been cleaning my carpets and couch for several years now. They make both look like new despite my carpets and couch being on the older side. I would never use another service because they do such a wonderful job. I had a problem in which my dog had been sprayed by a skunk and there was still lingering odor. After they cleaned my carpets the skunk smell was gone. We’ve use other companies before and decided to try Ponce Carpet Cleaning. My white couch and rug were in horrible condition because I have 3 boys under 6 and they destroy everything. Ponce Carpet Cleaning got most of the stains out. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much because my couch was so dirty I was planning to just buy a new one, but now I feel like I don’t have to. This is a family owned business and they are incredibly nice people. I recommended them to my mom and will definitely be using them again in the future.
