Everything was great. The app worked well and is user friendly. I only had to wait 20 min. I got a standard short layer hair cut. It came out ok. $22.00 plus tip. They don't wash or dry your hair. She squirted something in my hair like an oil and started cutting.

Yea this experience wasn't that good so I wait outside cus corona check and then I go in after some questions and i walk in and it was clean so far so good I get my hair done but they did a bit of force on the top part were they cut it the old faction way with out a machine but over all it was ok

Been going to Great Clips since moving to Watsonville 5 years ago. Their staff is well trained, has notes on your preferences, and they always try to be friendly. Haven't had a bad cut in 5 years.
