This is my favorite place to do spinal decompression. The other ones I looked into or tried are either much more expensive or they don't do anything to prevent the need for more down the road.
Here I get a lot of exercises to strengthen the areas I need to work on.
I believe the owner actually cares and gives a tremendous value. I never felt rushed and got to try a lot of new exercises. Plus, the stretches started working for me very quickly.
