This was my first time trying a physical therapy and wellness center, and I absolutely loved it! The staff was welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. They asked if there were any troubled areas I wanted them to focus on, which I did. I left feeling so relaxed - it was amazing! I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a great experience!
This review is LONG overdue. I have been going to Dr. Holly after I had my endometriosis surgeries almost a decade ago. There were not a lot of pelvic floor doctors out back when I needed help for my pain.
I had a collapsed pelvic floor, sciatic nerve pain, urinary incontinence, along with all the other pain and complications down there. Holly helped me manage my pain and dysfunctions. She also taught my partner how to help me relief pain and break up the scar tissues internally.
Holly has become a friend and a savior...she helped me live my life with manageable chronic pain.

Holly is so Amazing! I recently injured my calf muscle, and she helped ease the muscle with anti-inflammatory treatments and therapy to help reduce swelling and increase blood flow. She helped ease my ongoing pain and gave me taping advice. My visit with her, and the office overall was so pleasant, peaceful and calming.
I definitely recommend coming here for wellness treatments from massages, to Physical therapy, and more. I will be going back for a massage soon!
