About LA Fitness
Esporta Fitness is a premium fitness club offering a 24-hour schedule and a range of equipment. It features state-of-the-art strength equipment, cardio machines, free weights, and a modern functional training area. A heated pool, maintained at around 85 degrees Fahrenheit, is a highlight. The club is known for its clean facilities and comprehensive equipment selection, including machines specifically designed for abdominal firming. Some members have noted that finding free weights can be challenging due to other members not returning them to their designated areas. Although it can get crowded, many appreciate the gym floor layout, with a sufficient amount of space between equipment, allowing for a generally efficient workout experience. Esporta Fitness is praised for its excellent customer service, with helpful trainers like Chris, the Fitness Director, who goes above and beyond to assist members. While there is a sauna available, it tends to be busy, which can feel uncomfortable at times. Despite the crowding, the club's convenient location and variety of amenities, including swimming pool workouts, make it a popular choice for fitness enthusiasts.
This review is based on my sole interaction when trying to use my guest pass and not the overall gym. I wanted to check out the swimming pool first before deciding to join the gym. I arrived at 10 pm and was told it had to be before 5 pm to have the pass activated. I asked if I could come in early the next day around 5 or 6 am and was told it’s ok. I arrived at 7:30 am and was then told I had to wait 30 mins until 8 am to have the pass activated or I could purchase the day pass for $20 to use the gym immediately. Please don’t waste my time.
Good gym for the price. Large parking lot but can get filled up during busy times.
3 full racks, 3 bench press, lots of free weights and decent machine selection. The gym floor layout is good, there's a sufficient amount of space between equipment and generally you don't have to wait for equipment.
Nice to have a sauna there but it is typically pretty busy and can get uncomfortable with that amount of people in a confined space.
Too crowded, you need to wait a long time for each exercise, not worth getting a membership, it would take twice the size of it to accommodate the crowd, it could be possible if they take out the racketball rooms and the bicycle room across since there is another bicycle room upstairs.
