I wanted to order a bouquet for a friend who was leaving the agency we met at and explained to the owner how special my friend is. She went above and beyond to create this beautiful arrangement (which made my friend cry btw). I couldn’t have asked for something better and the price was the cherry on top! “By far the BEST florist I've used! I ordered from Australia for delivery in Santa Ana and the pictures don't do it justice. First photo is the website photo and second is just after the arrangement was made and third was from recipient. I have never seen flowers look identical if not BETTER than the advertised photo! If you're reading this review believe me when I say you will not regret using this business! Customer service is incredible and communication was outstanding considering I am in a different country but to order and have it made fresh and delivered in 6 or so hours is amazing! “Was planning a big birthday and wanted to find a good local flower shop to patronize and found this shop online. I read the reviews and thought I’d give it a try. I stopped in one afternoon and told Rosalva what I was thinking. I saw a few arrangements that were already made and asked how much they cost. I was impressed with the reasonable pricing given how great they looked! We talked about how many arrangements I was looking for and the sizes. She priced them out and we came up with a total. After placing the order, she encouraged me to send her some guiding photos for colors and shapes. When the day came for pickup, I was so pleased with how they turned out! Apparently other customers had been asking to buy them all morning. :) I’ll definitely be using this shop again in the future and highly recommend it! Thank you for making our event extra special!
