“By far the BEST florist I've used! I ordered from Australia for delivery in Santa Ana and the pictures don't do it justice. First photo is the website photo and second is just after the arrangement was made and third was from recipient. I have never seen flowers look identical if not BETTER than the advertised photo! If you're reading this review believe me when I say you will not regret using this business! Customer service is incredible and communication was outstanding considering I am in a different country but to order and have it made fresh and delivered in 6 or so hours is amazing! Thank you so so so very much for your work!!!! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!“

“Best of the Best! Exceptional service and truly incredible arrangements for a baby shower! This company exceeded all expectations! Everything was perfection and they were there early to install a large balloon and backdrop arrangement and picked up timely right after the event. The owner is a sweetheart and her name of her company rings true. Her love of what she does plus her creativity and attention to detail is very special and rare. “Thank you Lupita’s! This particular bouquet cost me $100, $110 after tax. I came in yesterday night at 8pm, 1.5hr before they closed, requesting a large bouquet with a reference image of some smaller pink bouquets circled that I wanted this to look like to be done by 4pm today. They did not fail. I suggest other gringos be wary because this was a Spanish-only speaking establishment, so my exact vision was unable to be properly communicated. Nonetheless, this shop absolutely prevailed and showed out. Through referencing other bouquets they had in the store and using my limited arsenal of conversational Spanish, I put all my faith in this shop. These flowers are absolutely beautiful and I am more than grateful for their speedy service and willingness to work through the language barrier. I could not recommend Lupita’s any more.“
