I ordered a bouquet for a funeral. The bouquet was very beautiful, but the delivery didn't arrive until about 10 minutes before the funeral service was scheduled to start. I had asked for it to be delivered earlier. It all worked out, but I still can't give 5 stars because of the stress of the last minute delivery.
Great friendly service over the phone along with clarifying text messages. Very lovely bouquet delivered quickly and thoughtfully. Note card was sweet and accurate. All for a very reasonable price.
Amazing customer service and super understanding with the situation I was in. She made my corsage and boutonniere for my prom which was the next day and they both came out beautifully and lasted the whole day into the next day. I was very satisfied with my experience here. Will 100% be coming back there!
