“Was feeling like I needed to wake my body up before I got back into some training...my outcomes were much more sustainable. Marcel is communicative, welcoming, provides clear expectations, space for client control and results. Did the 10 series. Each session had a different focus, but felt connected to one another. I experienced greatest/obvious impact early on (session 1) it felt like my walking gate completely reset...it was awesome, like reconnecting my brain and legs. I've played soccer for years and no doubt my body has been compensating one way or another for as long as I can remember - I started feeling balance.
