I had been to several chiropractors before. Some were good. Some were OK. Some were all after the money and we know it when they are. But with Dr. Aubrey, he's all about you and your health. At other chiropractic clinics, I felt like I was just a number. They got me in and out real quick so that they could get the next client/patient in. But that is not Dr. Aubrey. Awesome practice by Dr. Aubrey Mendoza. Dr. Aubrey is a great listener and he works to get you better. He actually spends time with the patient to provide instant relief, and develops a care plan to help you. Love his practice. We are not living in the Bay Area, but when we come visit this is our go to place. He has helped myself, my husband and my children when they are injured.

I spent more than $5K on chiropractic support in 2022 with someone else and got less results than I did in my first month with Dr Aubrey. I've been looking for years for someone who can work with me with the right adjustments but also - importantly - good soft tissue work and movement and mobility.In the last few months coming to ChiroFit, my body has been able to move more, lift more, fail less, and feel overall better. I've been able to do more and feel better than I have in years. I recommend everyone I can.Can't recommend ChiroFit and Dr Aubrey enough. Thank you!
