Dr Ratzlaff & Lisa are awesome. So accommodating with schedules and insurance, and kind. And Lisa is a remarkable massage therapist—helped me so much, and was able to explain well some questions I had about pain areas. Highly recommend their office & team!

I recently had the stem cell treatment done on my low back. I have had low back pain for many years and been to a few orthopedic doctors for my back. A few have said that surgery and steroid shots are the only way to relieve my pain. I did not want to do any of that, as I have tried the steroid injections and they really do not work any longer.I had heard of the stem cell procedure offered at Towne Centre Medical and went for a consultation. Lisa is amazing, helped me make the right decisions and walked me through every step, answered all my questions and even followed up with me to ensure I was doing ok. I highly recommend this company and their staff!!!!!
