In simply cancelling a visit due to a health issue, I was treated with respect and compassion. Appreciated their understanding and concern to keep my family, and their staff healthy. Nobody looks forward to a dental visit but glad we chose Wood whenw e moved to the area.

Dr Wood was able to see me immediately and let me know after examining my tooth and gums and taking an x-ray that my tooth was fine but my gum was inflamed and it looked like it had been cut on a piece of food like a chip. He said to make sure I was brushing my guns to make sure it was clean. He told me to bring my sleep apnea retainers in sometime so he can trim it so it won’t keep pressing into my gums.

Before my dentist in the San Francisco Bay Area retired, I started looking for a local provider in Folsom. After checking a couple, I decided to go with Wood Family Dentistry: I am so glad I did. What a blessing!The office has a nice feel. It has character. It is unpretentious. Additionally, the reception staff (Sue and Carrie) are attentive, warm, and knowledgeable. It is so refreshing to experience Dr. Wood while working with his great team of assistants, i.e., Mary and Patricia.If you are looking for a dental office that provides a caring and patient centered service, I highly recommend Wood Family Dentistry.
