Dr. Sholeh Rahimi, which has taken care of my family member for the last year gets 5 stars. Her front desk staff needs either extra help or re-education with answering the phone. Dr. Rahimi does the right thing for patients and her staff has been great, including the students that frequent the office, in getting her referrals in and on time. The only frustrating situation is that fact that 30% of the time, no one answers the phone. I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THE DOCTOR SHOULD GET A BAD REVIEW FOR THIS, being a doctor myself, it is unfair to give the Doc a bad review for frustration with support staff. I have been seeing Dr. Rahimi for about 6 years. I have had A LOT of difficulty in the past with finding a helpful and understanding doctor due to my body sensitivities that most tend to overlook. Dr. Rahimi has ALWAYS been understanding and supportive to help me work towards healing physically & mentally. She has a teaching office where new assistants are often in training and rotate, but I feel they are also more attentive & helpful. The office staff is very busy and sometimes I have to call back to check in, but all SO worth it for the excellent service they always provide. Thank you to this team! I am so blessed to find them!

I’ve been going to Dr.Rahimi about 4 years. She’s very thorough and concerned about her patients. my son also goes to her. Chelsea, who works at the front desk, is very sweet and professional. We never have a problem getting an appointment. We like Dr. Rahimi very much.
