My wife said to go here. She was right (I'm never going to hear the end of this). I didn't expect this kind of service from Walmart. They're really helpful- there was Tracy & Chris. I did some initial frame shopping & when I get my Rx from my doctor, I'm coming back. They even tightened up my glasses while I was there.
Tracy in the Optical Department went above and beyond. My husband had an eyeglass emergency and we are set to leave on vacation in the morning. She fixed his glasses and they are better than new. Thank you again for your excellent customer service!
