I’ve had a great experience at Life Time Fitness in Folsom. The facility is clean, modern, and well maintained, and it really feels like more than just a gym. The equipment, classes, locker rooms, and overall environment make it easy to stay consistent with health and fitness.
The staff has been friendly and helpful, and I appreciate that there are so many options depending on what kind of workout or recovery day I need. It’s a great place for anyone who wants a high-quality fitness experience in Folsom.
Highly recommend Life Time Folsom for anyone looking for a gym that feels elevated, motivating, and supportive.

Literally the best gym I’ve ever been to. I’ve seen gyms all over the place and this one got it right. Clean, round the clock care for the guests. If you want luxury you should come here.
