“We had an electrical emergency on a Friday at 4pm. I called Pleasure Point Electric out of the blue based on reviews here. David took the call and after I explained the circumstances, assured me he would take care of the matter immediately by calling PG&E and sending Carlos out to investigate the issue. It would have been very easy after a long week to let the late Friday afternoon call go to voicemail and handle it on Monday, leaving us to worry about the issue all weekend.Carlos arrived within 15 minutes, investigated the issue, ensured everything was safe, and referred the matter to David, who provided a quote on Monday to replace the entire electrical panel and obtain all permits on our behalf. He reassured us that all would be fine. Once the permits were secured, the Pleasure Point Electric team arrived, installed the new panel, coordinated with PG&E to restore power, and obtained the City permit with no issues.
