“I requested for someone to come out for a quote on electrical work to hook up a generator to a pump for water, since we continually have power outages which include no water. When I booked the appointment, unfortunately someone had forgotten to tell me they had a charge for coming out and giving a quote. At the end of the appointment, my husband paid the fee.
