Our carpets were totally destroyed by the previous owners and Octavio took great care of us. Even took time to remove everything, clean it up and air it all out before completing all the work since it was in such rough shape. It was his idea which made us feel like he had our best interests at heart. We had some spots that needed build in custom fixtures taken out and put back in.

We did a middle of the road Viking road, break free which turned out very comfy, clean and neutral. Has some greys and brown but still light. The price was more than fair for all that was done. He offered to help with the tiles spots as well! All in all a fantastic experience and would 100% recommend Creative Floor Covering for all flooring needs. ?????“

“Mr. Lopez and his crew did an amazing job with my flooring. I am beyond happy with the work they did. He was very professional, honest and easy to talk to. He came out and quoted me right away and then got to work within a week. I had multiple quotes from many other Visalia companies including Lowe’s and Visalia Flooring was the most reasonable. There was some back end expense, but if you’re having carpet replaced that is to be expected. I definitely recommended them to anyone needing flooring and will use them again in the future.“
